This ground-floor accommodation is situated in a lovely residential area, in the seaside resort of Filey on the North Yorkshire coast. Just a short walk away from the beach and the town centre, it’s in a prime location for holiday makers who want easy access to the main attractions of the town. Yet the peace and quiet of this leafy site. The bedrooms consist of one double, one twin and a further twin with a child size bed. The modern kitchen and utility room offer everything you could possibly need to prepare for a day at the beach, including a washing machine, dishwasher and well-equipped kitchen. There is a separate dining room with large table. The sitting room is bright and airy and has a sunny conservatory attached, overlooking the back garden. With TV, books, DVD's and internet access. With plenty of garden furniture, the garden is private and enclosed - just right for dogs and their owners. Other than the beautiful beach being just a short walk away, there are also plenty of parks, gardens and sporting areas to visit, as well as independent shops in the town centre and good access to The North York Moors National Park & The Cleveland Way. Pear Tree House provides quiet haven in bird filled gardens yet only minutes away from the beach and amenities. Plus off street private car parking - so very easy to unload not far from the entrance.

Filey is a traditional seaside fishing town which offers visitors beautiful scenery, gardens, and great fish and chips. It's the perfect place for a family walk or a relaxing retreat right next to the beachfront. It's a large resort that attracts people from all over, especially in the summer months when the bustling town turns into a fun-filled haven for all ages.
