The owners are lovely and on-hand should you need them we didnât as everything was faultless. Peaceful, quiet location easily accessible by car. We hope to return in the summer.

The countryside was so peaceful & pretty. I could also feel myself surrounded by history, it was a feeling I loved. I came for a week of peace & quiet basically while coping with an illness. I found some gentle evening strolls, listening to the wildlife, especially the owls very therapeutic. I only wish we could've spoken to the owners over a couple of very minor issues such as 'where is the nearest shop?', recycling food waste, etc? No-one greeted us on arrival so we ended up with no point of reference but apart from that, can't rate the cottage highly enough!
