Children will love a trip to Africa Alive Zoological Reserve 1.5 miles away, or you can head to Lowestoft (5 miles) with its charming shops, restaurants, theatre and beaches. Head to the Norfolk Broads (5.5 miles) for kayaking and rowing or take a day trip to Southwold (9 miles), renowned for its iconic pier, promenade and colourful beach huts.
