Guests say

The Little House in Lowestoft offers a comfortable stay with its well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed, making it a nice base for touring the area. Guests appreciate the quiet location with plenty of dog walks and a wild dune beach nearby. Friendly neighbours and a helpful owner add to the positive experience, although some updates and maintenance would enhance the stay.

The presence of an ant infestation suggests cleanliness could be improved, although no other specific complaints about cleanliness were mentioned.

The property is in a quiet location ideal for dog walks and beach access, with local amenities and attractions within easy reach.

Guests found the bed comfortable and the location quiet, contributing to a pleasant stay, but the steep path and key safe issues were minor inconveniences.

The kitchen is well-equipped, but comments about the need for updates, decoration, and minor additions like a dish cloth indicate room for improvement in facilities and maintenance.

There were no mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate the level of thoughtfulness, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

What a great little house. Perfect location for walks and visiting attractions. Helpful and friendly neighbours and the owner Bev was contactable and helpful with any questions we had. Ideal place to stay with dogs.

We had a good week at the Little House. Didn’t manage to master the key safe but that wasn’t really important. Dog walks were fabulous and people so friendly especially the chap who came to replace the toilet seat. A dish cloth would have been useful and a proper sized fridge!
