Kessingland is a traditional seaside village on the Suffolk Heritage Coast and 4 miles away is the popular resort of Lowestoftm which offers further traditional seaside entertainment. Both Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park and Africa Alive are within a short drive too. Southwold with its pier and summer theatre; Dunwich Heath and beach; rspb Minsmere; Aldeburgh with its fishing boats and local seafood, and Snape Maltings Concert Hall are all easily accessible, as are the lovely Norfolk Broads. We went for a week with our three dogs and had a great time just relaxing and enjoying the bungalow and its location. Theirs is a chippy at the end of the road, the pub/cafe/pet store a few mins walk away and the beach is close enough that you can hear the waves crashing in the evening. We want to near by Southwold which has some lovely shops, pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended and will hopefully return in the future.

Had a fabulous week at Seabreeze which is beautifully equipped great kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely garden and couple minutes walk to beach, pub, restaurant etc. We definitely would return. Oh and of course the lovely welcome gifts much appreciated by us and the dogs ❤️🐾If I had any suggestions on improvement it would be to provide larger bath towels and to ensure garden free from previous occupants dog poo but easily rectified picked up remaining dog poo’s and went to B&M and brought some larger bath towels. To be fair to previous occupants grass was very overgrown so difficult to see dog poo’s but fortunately the gardener arrived next morning and cut grass which was then much better 😊

Spent a week in Sea Breeze and had a great time, short walk to a vast beach area with plenty of grass for our dog to enjoy. Some great locations very local, Lowestoft, our best place Southwold, free parking and a great seaside atmosphere.Brilliant service by the host Jason who replaced a faulty microwave the next day. Only downside was double duvet on the double bed, which was too small for us, brought King Size one, cheaply locally which saw us out for the duration of our break.
