Olchard Lodge has everything you need for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape from the everyday routine. After parking directly outside the lodge in your own private car port, step through the beautiful oak stable door into the welcoming entrance hallway. From here, the open-plan living space immediately gives a feeling of light and space, with natural light flooding the room.
The well-equipped kitchen features high-quality appliances, including a coffee machine and wine cooler, perfect for keeping your favourite bottles chilled before enjoying the hot tub. The living and dining area is comfortable and cosy, with a wall-mounted Smart TV and a glowing wood burner creating the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Large sliding doors open onto the private patio area, where you can enjoy comfortable seating and views across the surrounding field and trees. Just around the corner, tucked away in a sheltered position, is the private hot tub, providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoor space.
Back inside the lodge, the bedroom is located on the opposite side of the property and features a comfortable kingsize bed, ideal for a restful night’s sleep. The bedroom has direct access to the bathroom, which includes a large walk-in shower. Each guest is provided with a soft bathrobe and luxurious The White Company towels for added comfort during their stay.
Set within the grounds of the owners’ property in the semi-rural hamlet of Olchard, near Newton Abbot and close to Dartmoor National Park, Olchard Lodge enjoys views across the surrounding field and trees. Its convenient location, with quick access to the main routes by car, makes it easy to explore Exeter, Dartmoor, the English Riviera and the South Hams, making it an ideal base for discovering South Devon.
