A little gem of a property, Ideal for that getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The property stands adjacent to the owner’s house, just two miles from the market town of Totnes, the head of the estuary for the River Dart, perfect for paddle boarding and kayaking. The River Dart is South Devon’s area of outstanding Natural Beauty. You will find the local pub just a 20-minute walk away. Many a places to visit within a short drive including the 14th Century Dartington Hall, the town of Totnes with its weekly market, health & leisure activities, bars, pubs and restaurants within a mile from the property. Enjoy its own rear garden with sitting area and to the front a patio area to soak in the sun and enjoy a glass of wine looking out over the nearby paddock and countryside. Its modern open plan living/kitchen area feels light and airy with the views to take in. Bedroom with a kingsize bed and floor to ceiling windows looking out in to the rear garden. The en-suite walk-in shower room is spacious and modern and an additional utility area which you walk through to access out to the rear garden. Sufficient parking for two cars can be found right outside so no need to worry about carrying your cases too far! Beach 7 miles. Pub 1 mile, shop and restaurant 2 miles.

Our second stay here and we have already booked again for next year. This affordable property combines easy access and comfort with a great location, with plenty of places to explore. Both Totnes and Newton Abbot are close by for shopping, etc. There is a generous welcome pack and hosts are next door if help is required. Highly recommended.

A spotlesly clean, warm and comfortable place to stay. Parking right outside the front door. Super comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom. Will definitely book again if in the area.
