Perfect cottage, compact and comfortable, peaceful (apart from the cockerels!) and secluded, even with people staying in the two other cottages. Lovely location a short walk from the beautiful Castle Acre, with some wonderful woodland walks nearby. Everything you need is in the cottage, which is spotlessly clean.

Small but comfortable, good situation if you like peace and quiet; mobile reception good (important if one has a wife in a care home). In walking distance from Castle Acre and a short drive from Swaffham with its shops and market. If one is interested in military history there is RAF Marham close by, which has a fascinating centre tracing its history from 1914 to the present time. The owners are helpful and I enjoyed a chat with Richard.Don't expect "every mod con" but do expect comfort, adequate facilities, and most of all, peace and quiet!

Not a great location no handy amenities. Some outside cosmetic work needed ie guttering blocked, tree and hedge needs triming.Indoors quite snug. Shower to fiece to be comfortable.Tree stumps in parking area could be anissue.
