A delightful detached cottage located in the centre of Dartmouth only a stones throw from the waterfront, restaurants and shops. The cottage, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated is well equipped and has views of the river and out to the castle and sea from the bedrooms.

Excellent value for money, the cottage had all we needed for a comfortable stay and the mayors avenue car park permit was an added bonus.

We had a lovely stay, Dartmouth is beautiful and thecottage is lovely. We would definitely recommend. Central location, neat and tidy, lovely and quiet. Space out the back to sit. Specifications on website said a double and 2 singles but there was only one single and an unpleasant z bed which was not suitable for an adult. Could have been cleaner, kitchen floor needed a wash and work surface dirty. Venetian blinds needed a clean as very dusty and bits on the carpets. Otherwise lovely, bathroom and bedrooms nice and clean. Garden a mes, no lawn just weeds and stones.

The garden is an absolute mess.The TV's do not work in the bedrooms The electric fire in the lounge also does not work.Very difficult to park nearby to unload/load the car on arrival and departure.You also need to be fairly mobile to navigate the 36 steps up to the property.
