Set up the handy folding table and chairs for mealtimes or for an evening of friendly competition with your favourite board games to make the most of the time you have with one another. At bedtime, take your pick from the double bedroom which is decorated in coastal hues, or the twin bedroom for a relaxing night’s rest. Step out into the shared gardens and you’ll find a selection of seating options from picnic benches to chairs, as well as plenty of space for children to run and play on the lush green lawn.

Active adventurers should relish the opportunity to head out on the South West Coast Path with Budleigh Salterton and Branscombe Beach (both 6 miles) in either direction offering a perfect place to stop and soak in the seaside scenery. Bicton Park Botanical Gardens offers fun for all ages with more than 60 acres of beautifully cared-for gardens and children’s play parks, paired with 300 years of history and a fantastic tearoom for afternoon treats.
