We had a great time and the beaches nearby were perfect. The house was very clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen.

The owners requested feedback but there was no guest book for comment. Upon arrival there was a lovely welcome pack which had been provided with thought and care, thank you. The furnishings were comfortable and beds and linen extremely comfortable. We were concerned about the lack of maintenance. The back door (inside) handle is falling off and felt the property vulnerable to a break in. Also one of the top windows in the dining area doesn't fit properly so again it does make the property vulnerable and was also draughty. My husband and I had the second bedroom downstairs and had to hang clothes in bedroom 1 as there are no wardrobes or hanging space in bedroom 2. There is a bookcase but would prefer somewhere to hang clothes. There is no mirror in bedroom 2 so had to share with bedroom 1. All the kitchen appliances were perfect with everything provided except a corkscrew :-). The stairs to the first floor are steep and narrow which didn't cause the youngsters a problem but could possibly if not so steady on your feet. I don't wish to be too negative about the property, just a few maintenance issues need attention.

I could not recommend it any more highly. The space itself was brilliant, as going with lots of family having two sitting rooms was extremely helpful to give everyone space. Especially as we had a 10week old with us which allowed us to have a quieter space for him. The facilities in the property were excellent. Having a washer and a dryer really helped with the unpredictable Cornish weather and made travel with the baby extra manageable. It was a lovely touch to include washing /dishwasher tabs and bread butter/tea bags on arrival. Made the place immediately homely being able to make a cuppa on arrival and just left a thoughtful impression. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding and was something I was initially worried about before arrival. The appliances were all very high tech so the instructions were definitely useful. Even with 8 of us staying we always had ample hot water for lovely baths. Honestly couldn't say a bigger well done. Got me lots of brownie points with the family for finding it.we will definitely return. I would recommend you have a little look at the drain as the downstairs shower took a while to drain. But other than that it was PERFECT!
