The place has 2 working desks allowing you to work away from home if needed. The lovely open plan living on the ground floor allows you to spend time together, and you can head outside through the sliding doors for alfresco dining, where you'll find an enclosed garden boasting sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue, well worth enjoying whilst looking out to sea and enjoy plenty of space to relax, to dine and for children to play. The Garden is closed off from entry from the road.

Return indoors to retire to one of four well-presented bedrooms. Step from the bedrooms onto the large balcony to watch the sun-rise over St Ives Bay or see the sun set to the west, including a super king-size with en-suite, a further king-size, a twin (zip/link), and a single, all serviced by a sleek bathroom. The floor to ceiling glazing throughout allows you watching the St Ives Bay and the northern Cornwall cost and to see the weather cross by. Come morning, venture into the town to discover an array of local amenities and beauty spots, or perhaps enjoy a stroll along the bustling harbour. Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden and the Tate St Ives are also within walking distance, recommended for those with an eye for art and history, whilst The Island is the perfect vantage point for a coastal afternoon. Travelling to Penzance, tour Penlee House Gallery & Museum, or discover Penzance Promenade, an idyllic setting for a walk, cycle, and a picnic. By car, you'll also have the chance to reach Godrevy Lighthouse, standing at 300 meters tall, hike across Mutton Cove, or take advantage of a family-friendly day out at Paradise Park and JungleBarn Cornwall, exhibiting a wildlife sanctuary for an array of animals. Book your next trip to Cornwall at Ayr Garden.
