Located in a quiet part of Keswick, just outside the town centre, so when you’ve had your fill of sightseeing, you can retreat to your apartment for peace and quiet. The bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and a separate bathroom with shower over the bath. The open plan living room offers plenty of storage, easy seating, and pleasant views to the surrounding fells. The kitchen is practical and offers everything you need if you want to prepare a meal before your day of adventure.

Keswick is located in the Northern Lakes, if you love the outdoors it’s ideal. From here you can access many of the famous 214 Wainwright Fells and explore some beautiful scenery and Lakes. Skiddaw, Blencathra, Latrgigg and Catbells are within the immediate vicinity. Derwentwater offers boat hire, peaceful walks, and idyllic scenery. Travelling South you can easily drive to Butteremere, Crummock and Lowesater via the Honister Pass. Keswick Golf club is less than 5 miles away, fishing is available at Derwentwater, along with plenty of cycle routes nearby.

    Although I said I would recommend, yes locations great and not too expensive for near centre of Keswick BUT apartment is tired in several aspects. Examples are poor cooking implements, bathroom really needs updating (hence poor mark for cleanliness as it just looks like it’s not too clean) and the mattress is not very comfortable as it has dips where people sleep.

    I’d describe the apartment as adequate. Plus points were the washing machine (a good one at that); parking space and the shower worked surprisingly well despite its age. Not so great points - everything else. Lack of practical furniture e.g. wardrobe/ chest of drawers; uncomfortable sofa and bed ( bed worse - spent the first night on the sofa); generally it felt shabby and not in line with the price point.The money spent on the TV that was too big for the space would have been better spent elsewhere. Recommend a deep clean and replacing fixtures and fittings that aren’t up to standard.
