Refurbished to a very high standard, with a leather suite, and quality furnishings and fittings providing an extremely comfortable base from which to enjoy your holiday. You can park you car in the private parking space with no need to use it for the rest of your stay.

Lovely, comfortable clean flat. Had everything we needed. Note there is no wifi but that didn't cause us an issue, we had good phone signal. It's a great location in the centre of Keswick however there was some noise each night from the Wetherspoons opposite. Light sleepers and those early to bed beware. A great base for lots of excellent walks.

Me, my husband & our 17yr old daughter, just stayed at the Bay Tree for 7 days/nights. The whole of the accomodation was very clean & very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped (minus a pizza cutter) The bathroom was lovely, lots of hot water. The beds were very comfortable. The whole of the accomodation is very spacious. The apartment is also right in the middle of Keswick town centre, which was perfect for us.The only downsides are the lack of WiFi, the TV is very old & the onsite parking is so tight it's crazy. Our brand new car ended up getting scratched by the concrete posts that section the parking area off. My husband is very good at parking, but being rushed into reversing onto the very tight parking area, because you are having to block the main road to do it, is a nightmare! Apart from these three things, the accomodation itself is lovely & we would definitely stay there again.

Really like the location. It is a little noisy due to being in the town centre. The parking space is also tight to get in / out of.
