What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages In Pembrokeshire To Rent.

"There is private and secure parking when you arrive just outside S78337. Besides the accommodation itself there is a separate storage room where there is a freezer, washing machine and ample storage for bikes, canoes and there is also a patio set that can be used in the courtyard if the weather permits. There is also a stunning courtyard. The accommodation is as good as it looks in the photos. A beautiful kitchen more than appropriately stocked for two people with all basic requirements of salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, chilli flakes, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, tea towels etc, not to mention quality pans and crockery. There is a 4-ring gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge (freezer as mentioned earlier). The living room is large, modern and spacious with a large TV screen on the wall with Freeview, whilst there is no DVD player, you can twin the TV to your devices. We had a laptop with us so twinned it to the TV and watched DVD's and logged onto our own BT account. We also got to see our holiday photos in this manner.Leading off from the front room is the bedroom and shower room. A very modern, stylish and practical bathroom, with a good spacious shower, two sinks, a storage cupboard with spare loo rolls, dust pan and brush, iron and ironing board and hanging space for clothes. The towels and shower mat were of very good quality and there are spares in the lower drawer of the cabinet in the front room. Shower gel, hand wash and lotion are provided. The shower room has a connecting door to the bedroom which has spotlessly clean and comfortable bedding and ample plug sockets at each side of the bed. There is a dresser with mirror and hair dryer and seat. The property is heated throughout with underfloor heating which seems to be controllable in each room and there is a heated towel rail in the shower room. It’s obvious that the work undertaken has been done with a great deal of love and care and it already looks amazing with the large wooden gateway in the courtyard being stunning. The grounds are well kept and great, with ample safe space for kids or a dog. The owners are helpful but unobtrusive. You do need a car for here if you want to get out and about but it’s the positioning of the property that gives you the great feeling of seclusion and privacy. There is a Tesco Extra and large Morrison's Supermarket within 2-3 miles and free-range eggs are available just down the road. There is no downside to this place, it was worth every penny, my only comment, which is not a criticism would be that shutters or blinds would be good in the kitchen although I have the feeling that they may already be on the agenda if the other accommodation on site is anything to go by."

"S78337 is located in a quiet location, a couple of miles outside Haverfordwest and is attached to the owners property. From the moment you arrive you can see that the cottage has been finished to a high standard and that the owners have spent a lot of time and money on the property and its beautiful gardens. Both John and Pickles (their dog), were welcoming. While we really enjoyed staying at S78337 and found the cottage clean and comfortable, we did feel that there should be blinds on the large windows in the kitchen and on the main door for privacy, as at times we felt like we were in a fish bowl. A few points for information - Every time you access the cottage you need to go through a well lit storage room. The door is next to the parking area, as both entrances for S78337 are located in the courtyard. This is also where the key box, washing machine and freezer is located. The fridge isn't a normal fridge, but two fridge draws, so you cannot stand large items up (like milk or bottles of pop).Lastly if you have a dog, there is no separate garden for the cottage, as S78337 guests, you share the courtyard and main gardens with the owner. This wasn't a big problem for us as Pickles is a really friendly dog, but a word of warning is that there is no main gate, so you really need to keep a close eye on your dog, when using the main part of the garden."

"The cottage is situated right on a main road and this is not made clear in the details at all. As we have a dog, had we realised the immediate proximity to the road we would not have booked the cottage. Also, the wild garden was simply untended at the time we were there and not very welcoming. We had to wash any cooking utensils and crockery and cutlery before we used them as it was all greasy and tacky. In fact, we ended up using our own picnic cutlery. Whilst our booking was last minute it was by no means cheap and we have since found the cottage available on other sites considerably cheaper. We couldn't get hold of the owners as incorrect contact details were supplied. We were meant to be at the cottage Monday to Friday, we arrived on the Monday and left the following day! Not a great experience overall."

"Ranelegh is a beautiful home which is equipped with everything you need, making it a real "home from home" The hot tub was an additional cost to use for the week as it had only recently been installed - which was perfect! Lovely views down to Goodwick harbour from the hot tub in the evenings.Very comfortable beds and high quality furnishingsWe did choose Ranelegh as being close to the beach, pub and shops - we didn't realise what a steep climb back up to the house it would be - so please take that into account for those less mobile visitors. Also the garden is not enclosed, which had been one of the search criteria for me as we have a small dog - so he had to be kept on a lead."

"A cosy and comfortable cottage ,well equipped and spacious, nicely decorated. Lovely tranquil setting with stunning views. Good base to travel to the larger towns and villages of pembrokeshire. Hosts in contact several days before arrival and throughout stay to check we were ok and easy to contact if needed anything. The area of Wales has so much to do and the cottage is in an ideal location for walking, to be honest we just relaxed at evening times after a day of driving and travelling and the view from the balcony of the preseli hills made our holiday! We wanted a quiet rural setting and S82813 was perfect!"
