What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages In Ludlow To Rent.

"One of the main reasons we booked this cottage was because of the "secure garden" for our dog, unfortunately within minutes of arriving our dog had easily escaped from the garden and was on the road that is directly outside the grounds, the allocated courtyard garden is not secure for dogs and it needs some work to make it so. The seats in the garden are low standard plastic chairs, of which two of the four were broken, as was the table. The cottage itself is very nice and has a bright and airy feel to it, everything you need for self catering is provided, however I do not think it is practical for more than two adults. The only seating in the living area is two sofa beds, these are very uncomfortable and they are not suitable for frequent use. Other reviewers have commented on the cattle grid outside the property disturbing their sleep and I have to agree with them, it is directly outside the bedroom window just above your head as you lay in bed and vehicles start rattling across it from around 5:30 a.m. The nice touches that we have become used to when we book a cottage holiday were missing, there was no welcome pack in fact there was no welcome, as the owners were busy getting ready to go away for the weekend, we were made to feel like bit parts.I'm sorry but I would not recommend this property."

"Beautiful little cottage with superb hosts. Arrived to fresh free range eggs, a pint of milk and a loaf of bread. The eggs were amazing. Our children thoroughly enjoyed meeting the animals of the farm and the owners were extremely warm and welcoming. The cottage was a lovely size, quiet and quaint. In terms of improvements, there's very little on the list though a bathroom upgrade wouldn't go a miss, particularly the shower which lacks water pressure and easy temperature control. Do not let that pit you off staying here however as the location is stunning and I would gladly stay again! Will be very much recommending this to friends and family!!"

"We had a very good stay at S16810. Sharon and her family were exceptional hosts and our dog became good friends with Scout and Luna. The accommodation suited our needs and everything was so clean . The location was idyllic for us and we very much enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. Everything is easy to get to by car. The double bed was so very comfortable and we were never disturbed by the cattle grid. We found the sofas a little uncomfortable to sit on for long periods of time, however , this in no way detracted from our week long stay. We would thoroughly recommend S16810 and hope to return. Many thanks Sharon & family."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at the S16786 for my wife's birthday. The property is spacious and so stylish it is great to find gems like this. The property has every facility you could want and the view of Clee Hill is superb. The surrounding area is lovely - great for walking and Ludlow is a 15-minute drive away for all the amenities you will need. The Ludlow Food Centre is well worth a visit. We have never been so relaxed, so quickly on holiday - we're looking to book another visit.Katherine was a great host - really friendly with loads of helpful tips about the local area and always happy to help."

"the smell of log burner hit you as soon you entered the cottage the smell was acrid tar you could see were the tar had run down the chimney really needed to be swept the smell got to the back of both our throats so not as cosy as we thought plus the field where you could let the dogs off was very uneven and the grass was quite long so really overall to us it was not dog friendly as you could not just let them out you had to put the leads on and walk on a really dark unlit lane plus try and keep the dogs of the chairs overnight well not for us if knew we could have fetched some throws"
