Booked this accommodation without really knowing much about the facilities and location of venue.
Was truly amazed how clean the property was and how well equipped the kitchen was to do a full Christmas meal roasting a turkey, gammon and vegetables. There was sufficient cutlery to accommodate all of us. We were a party of nine adults with one child. The lodge was spacious and able to accommodate all of us with ease. The owner Claire was approachable and very accommodating and made us feel extremely welcomed. We were greeted with Christmas gifts and a bottle of Prosecco and a lovely Christmas card. Claire had decorated the lodge for us with a Christmas tree and lights. This definitely was an extra touch providing a festive spirit in the lodge, truly could not fault anything about facilities cleanliness and space. It felt like home from home, the lodge was very warm and cosy. Sadly the leisure facilities were closed for the duration we were there, which didnât dampen spirits as there was plenty for us to do and see. Booked this lodge on the spur of the moment and was truly not disappointed, had an amazing experience and Claire the owner was a brilliant, would highly recommend and book again.

We had a lovely stay, We had no facilities to eat there so we had to eat out everyday.
We were told we would be given plates, bowls so forth but wasn't so got very expensive as we had taken food to cook. On the 2nd morning of the stay I nearly fell as the decking was so slippy by the toilet. - weather was rubbish so having to walk from the car park with all the luggage was difficult would of been a lot easier to park next to the lodge. Grass was really long meaning our feet got soaking. Was a very clean lodge. It was a lovely place for our little sausage dog. We had a brand new shower and water pressure was lovely. There is a window in the shower and people can see right in so go careful this happened to me in the shower very embarrassing! Signal isn't great around the area for EE Or O2 so would have been nice to have a little Tv or something for entertainment in there in the evenings. It's a good place if you're just using it for somewhere to sleep and if you have pets.

Fabulous historic house that was presented with passion and generosity. The house was immaculately presented and everything you could possibly need for a home for home was provided - and then some. Even down to the information before arrival, guides, information manuals and departure info. Some 5 bed properties lack proportionate living space but Court House really does offer spacious holiday living. Couldn’t be better positioned for Padstow town, with parking just behind the house and the harbour, with its ferry across to the stunning beach at Rock, a hop and skip away. Tall guests might find some of the bedroom doorways a bit challenging - built in C17 and C18 they were a bit shorter back in the day! But once over the threshold the principal bedrooms are spacious and beautiful.

What a lovely place.
We were 4 generations and having upstairs and downstairs accommodation really made our stay. The house is bright and airy, well decorated and we had everything we needed. We used the indoor pool. Perfect for the whole family. We had a meal at the clubhouse and were well met by friendly staff. We even won the quiz one night! Claire text us in the morning of our arrival to let us know that we could check in early. 5his was a bonus. I would recommend a Tesco food delivery. Saved a lot of hassle and gave us more room in the car. We look forward to another visit. There was so much to do with days out to East Looe beach, Morewellham quay, 2 national trust properties, donkey sanctuary, trago mills in liskard, visit to tavistock , visit to Boscastle, Par sands.......

On our final night we all agreed Court House had been the ideal choice. The house was the perfect size for three generations, two children & a dog, but it still retained a homely feel, and was so well equipped I now have photographs and a wish list of appliances I never knew I needed! The position in the centre of Padstow meant everything was on our doorstep, the ferry to Rock’s beautiful sandy beach, Rick Steins awesome Deli & takeaway, an addictive Padstow Gin bar, the list is endless and all just a five minute walk away. Court House is a beautiful historic home with modern equipment & decor so sympathetically introduced all you need to do is close the door, pour yourself a glass of Padstow gin and enjoy up the experience.
