Absolutely Fabulous and cant wait to return again, Beautifully clean and well thought out so comfortable, the location is simple wonderful with uninterrupted views over the fields to the skyline, a privilege to be able to stay here, it is outstanding against any other opposition, Wildlife, Brown Hares with close encounters of Marsh Harriers hunting the Leverets, Muntjac Deer (on the lawns), Roe Deer, Pheasants, Partridge's, Buzzards, Red Kites, Weasel, and so much more to mention on the door step literally, its heavenly for nature lovers, we did not want to leave, my wife even said "do you think they would sell it I could easily live here" Now that's a first time lol and we have easily paid more per night than for a week at the Croma, Thank you for a most wonderful week even though the weather was not great the comfort along with everything that goes with this accommodation made it so memorable.

We stayed over the Easter bank holiday and it was perfect. The cottage is finished to a very high standard. The table was set when we arrived and a lovely welcome package. There were Easter eggs too which was a lovely touch and went down very well with the kids. The view is stunning from the decking and uninterrupted because there’s no other properties overlooking it. We enjoyed watching the hares hop around in the morning and evenings. The property had everything we needed and more. It is based a short hop to Blakeney and other surrounding areas we enjoyed visiting Holkham beach and Cromer. Would definitely return.

Beautiful lodge in very peaceful surroundings. Lovely to look out over the fields and see so much wildlife, although we didn't see any deer. South facing lodge with large decking and bbq, which would have been great except the weather wasn't good enough for us to make use of it all. Lodge is in a very good position for visiting so many different places along the north Norfolk coast. And I have to say, if you go to Cromer we can highly recommend fish and chips at Tides Bistro on the pier. Despite the weather not being brilliant, we had a lovely week.

The cottage was perfect in every way in terms of location and comfort. Less than 5 minutes drive from Blakeney harbour, 12 minutes from Holt, 20 minutes from sandy beaches, 30 minutes from National Trust properties. The cottage is thoughtfully and tastefully furnished and decorated, the beds are comfortable and on cold days the central heating makes it cosy. The view from the living room is stunning, a vast open field visited by hares, with large skies. We highly recommend this cottage and would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our week here, it is a beautiful place, well stocked with everything you could ever need. The location is amazing, so peaceful but easy access to everywhere in North Norfolk. Very relaxing to sit on the decking watching the wildlife, we would definitely return.
