This is by far the best holiday home we have stayed in, not only in Wells, I mean ever (and we have stayed in lots of different ones). It was absolutely perfect and you could not want for anything! They had thought of everything to make your stay a great one! Spotlessly clean everywhere! The welcome pack was amazing too! Spot on location, great walks to Holkham Hall and the beach straight from your door! Only a couple of minutes walk into Staithe Street. Would not hesitate to recommend this for your holiday rental, only reluctant to recommend in case dates get booked when we want to go again!

The house was even better than the best villas we've enjoyed in France and Italy as a family. Great layout of rooms, giving privacy to different family groups, and exceptionally well furnished, decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Quite a revelation in the UK!A few minor gripes, the main one being how difficult it was on arrival to find our particular section of the barn complex. Signage needs to be visible as soon as you drive into the barn complex area and not just shown by the front door (not visible from the road).Well done Norfolk Hideaways!

Seashells is a beautiful home. We had a lovely stay. Itâs perfect for location in a quiet cul-de-sac, everything in Wells is within walking distance. We just had the ground floor as there was only the two of us and our dog. Itâs modern, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely welcome goodies from the owners. The garden is a good size and totally enclosed. Some days the weather wasnât great but it didnât spoil our holiday because we were happy to stay in and relax. We couldnât fault anything and would return without hesitation.

Our family of 10 stayed at the property over Christmas and we had a wonderful time. The property is just as depicted in the pictures -- tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The quality if finishes and furnishings is very high. The layout of the house is perfect for larger groups -- lots of areas for privacy; two sitting rooms; each bedroom with it's own bathroom. The kitchen is very, very well equipped and we found it easy to cook large meals together. The setting is beautiful and the whole experience was first rate.
