"The accommodation was in a beautiful location, quite, serene and had everything we wanted apart from Wi-Fi which was advertised (a little bit difficult as it was booked as a base to work from in the evenings). The negatives...... no welcome pack to guide you round the property, i.e how the heating worked, any helpful tips around where to put rubbish once the bin was full, etc, etc. Having stayed at many other hosted/managed properties, this is a must, even if its basic. The host was only interested in the fact that we had left an outside light on twice....no welcome greeting, no "hows is everything?", just two rude 'knocks on the door' to complain to us about a very small subdued light which we left on for too long (by accident as there were a lot of light switches) outside the front & back door in a dark rural location!. The manor in which this was addressed was out and out rude and made my daughter very uncomfortable. Frankly, it spoilt the experience.Such a shame as everything else was spot on.I would recommend the property but not the owner."

"For an accessible cottage, the double bed and toilet is too low. It would have also helped if there were some grab rails in the bathroom. It could have been better with more equipment for cooking and eating. There were no large bowls to put a salad in for example. There were only 2 small saucepans. There were no dishes to be able to make a pudding to put in the oven. There were however plenty of sharp knifes, wooden spoons etc. It would have been helpful to have some instructions for the electric heaters. The front door lock was not straight forward to lock or unlock.Having WIFI would also have been an improvement"

"For the area, the cost was reasonable and as we were only using the cottage a base, it was fine. However, there was almost no toilet roll, no dishwasher and the freezer had mould in one of the seals. Had we wanted a full holiday or relaxing weekend this location may have been a little disappointing. It is on a working stud farm and the surroundings are in keeping with this. The pictures on line do not give a fair representation of the actual setting. That all said, the accommodation was adequate for our needs but we would probably just use the travel lodge next time."

"A great place to stay in London. Quite central and only 10 minutes from the tube. Lovely local pub only 2 minutes walk away. Lots of choice of restaurants nearby. Brompton Cemetary is very close and is fascinating. Many famous graves including Emmeline Pankhurst so very topical."

"Upon Arrival, the WiFi didn't work. There were several light bulbs that were out. Switching on one of the ovens caused the fuses to blow. Instructions for the hot water were confusing. If these items were dealt with, then this would be an ideal destination in London"
