We enjoyed the cottage facilities and excellent underfloor heating to keep us warm. Our only disappointment was the view we were expecting from the cottage, which was the very reason for booking it. The description should be taken down as it is more than misleading. It was not a view from the cottage property window(s) or garden, but out through the front door over to an orchard meadow, and a further 150 yards to see the open country side view as per the site photograph. In theory, I could post a picture of London Bridge, as from the cottage, as long as I took a train and tube ride.

Lovely cottage. Very well equipped, beautifully furnished with a super little private garden with outdoor BBQ and seating area. The owner was welcoming and ever so helpful. Couldn't fault it in any way. Lots to do and see in the area with everything very close by. Walks available from the cottage too in very attractive countryside. Cottage and location would suit couples or families. If you want a perfect holiday, book Hampton Wafre cottage, you will not be disappointed.

Have had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage. Our hosts could not have been nicer or more helpful in making our stay even more relaxing. One of our favourite Rural Retreat cottages so far and may be the first cottage we come back to. Would recommend a day out in Ludlow - a beautiful market town with some lovely walks. A beautiful, well presented cottage with everything we could ask for provided. The owners were welcoming and dealt with any queries really quickly. The cottage is located in a convenient location for visiting the local area. Unfortunately Storm Dennis stopped some of our visits but it didn't matter as the cottage was so perfect. Would definitely recommend to others wanting to stay in the area.

A great short break in a lovely cosy cottage. The dogs loved the underfloor heating! Very friendly owners. Beautiful countryside, as others recommend the Brock Hampton Estate, great for dogs. Hop Pocket Village at Bishops Frome also interesting. Bromyard is a quaint town, convenience store just as you get there and a co-op in the centre of town. Sorry to be going home. D & L, Derbyshire
