What our customers are saying about our Holiday Cottages In Dingwall To Rent.

"The property was very nice and cosy, if I was to comment about things it would be this :- 1) There was no gate to the driveway so any child or pet that was unsupervised even if unwittingly, could have come into contact with a vehicle that passed down the lane adjacent, sometimes at speed.2) The initial fuel was to say the least scant in amount.3) The towels although clean spelt sour.4) There was a power outage during our stay and the only source of other light was one very small wind up torch found in the fuse cupboard, totally insufficient for 9 people if fully booked.5) Was led to believe that the hob was gas powered, only to find it was electric, so during power outage no facilities whatsoever.6) Shower cubicle downstairs overflowed, had been mentioned by other previous guests.7) Were expected to put a bin out which contained last weeks guests rubbish as collection was fortnightly for both rubbish and recycling, where was the caretaker?8) House book said pets not to be exercised in garden, to be kept on leads whilst in garden and only to be left to sleep in either kitchen, hall or utility room, kitchen ok but utility a very small box room suitable for a spaniel I have a Newfoundland (82kg in weight) size dog. Perhaps better if owner said no dogs if not really made welcome.Although property etc very nice, thought house book slightly dictatorial."

"Very clean and comfortable cottage and fully equipped with everything you could need. The owners clearly take pride in furnishing and maintaining the cottage to an extremely high standard and the welcome items were much appreciated on our arrival. We had a very enjoyable week and the cottage was a perfect base to explore this wonderful part of the Highlands with the West coast, East coast, Inverness, Cairngorms and Loch Ness all within easy reach. We would not hesitate to recommend S22828 and hope to return again soon."

"Brilliant, comfortable house with all you needed. We have 3 large boys and a large dog and there was plenty of space for everyone. Lovely big and well kept garden, friendly but not invasive neighbours, excellent directions to the house for easy arrival and easy to use door key transfer.Lovely spot, fantastic walks and a really central spot for the highlands to explore east or west. One of our very best family holidays. Many thanks indeed for an excellent week."

"Superb property. Located on the edge of town, access on doorstep to a variety of woodland walks. Property is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Village has a decent selection of shops and eateries, and close access to supermarket in Dingwall for a larger shop. Plenty of day trip opportunities - we went to Plockton, Ullapool and the Black Isle to name a few - dolphins spotted at the latter off Fortrose. Very much recommend this place."

"Spacious 4 bedroomed modern property, situated in lovely grounds. Ideal location for local walks and easy distance to shops in village. Good food in local restaurants, lovely shop selling local delicacies and Tesco's close by in Dingwall for all self catering needs. Strathpeffer itself makes an interesting day out with two small local museums and craft shops. Great place for a family holiday."
