"<span style="font-family: Tahoma, Geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">First impression when arriving at farm is a bit 'rustic'. typical dairy farm yard, buildings and smells. The property was great and the owners very nice.<br /> <br /> Great if staying with children as a viewing gallery to watch the cows being milked. Lovely walks in area.<br /> <br /> Take a torch and a reflective jacket if walking dogs in the evening or dark. Beautiful area. Lots of places to walk. Visit Lake Bala and Vrwyny later in the day or not at weekends, it is very busy then, but well worth going on another day. Newtown is a nice market town, as is Welshpool. Llandiloes is quaint and there is The Minivera Arts Centre hosting quilts which is fastinating. Lovely food at The Cross Keys, about 5 miles north on the A495. A bit of a wait for the food as it is all cooked to order, well well worth the wait.</span><br /> <br /> "

"Thanks again Walwyns Castle Community for the beautiful cottage. We have had a wonderful stay and blessed with 7 days of fabulous weather. The summer duvets were very necessary - thank you! Spent most of the week on our favourite beaches, building sandcastles and body boarding, what we call a perfect Pembrokeshire day! Tried new places to eat this year - The Castle in Little Haven (booking necessary), The Milton Brewery do an amazing Sunday lunch and if you're stuck and nowhere is available try The Jolly Sailor, you may have to sit in the back garden but the view is amazing and food really good. We'll be back again."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in The School House, a delightful cottage and just what we wanted. We stayed cosy and warm during Hurricane Ophelia and enjoyed everywhere we have visited from this ideal location. We especially liked Little Haven and our delicious evening meals in St Brides Hotel. Everything very comfortable and a good location. We still have much to see and will come again. Particularly enjoyed Solva, St David's and Whitesands Bay. Seal pups at Martin's Haven were a bonus!"

"Characterful cottage with lovely garden space and play area which was fantastic for our young kids. New play shed installed with great toys, table tennis and table football. Good location for local beaches and attractions. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The main snag was the WiFi connection which I struggled to get on at all so perhaps the cottage would benefit from a WiFi booster. The bathroom suite could maybe do with a refresh"

"The cottage was excellent, being spotless, with excellent furnishings and décor, fixtures and fittings. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. This is a very peaceful location, with easy access to the Lleyn Peninsula and Porthmadog, Beddgelert etc. with superb scenery in the whole area. We would also recommend the Welsh Highland and Ffestiniog Railways with their spectacular views etc. The whole of North Wales is worth visiting."
