"We cannot praise Little Falls enough. It was spotlessly clean throughout.Everything you could possibly need or want was provided. Kitchen immaculate, well equipped with everything of excellent quality.Washer/dryer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher perfectly clean and easy to use (can't understand previous reviewer saying dishwasher was inaccessible, it is next to the kitchen sink, just where you'd expect it to be). Everything was provided; dishwasher tabs, laundry pods, cleaning products for kitchen and bathroom.Every room is beautifully and tastefully decorated. The bedroom and bathroom are stunning. There's a room to hang your clothes. A hoover, ironing board & iron, clothes airer, fan heater, binoculars and an umbrella, everything you would have at home.On arrival there was a lovely welcome basket, a bag of logs for the log burner, bottle of wine..... The cottage is secure behind double gates, hard standing leads to a beautiful garden that runs down to a river, where you could sit on the seat for hours, it's so peaceful. About 100m from the cottage, along a footpath are the prettiest water falls I've ever seen in the UK. Moss covered rocks, a wooden bridge, fast moving water, it's truely idylic. We didn't expect endless sunshine, but it didn't rain every day and when it did, you just had to drive a few miles to the coast and the weather would clear.Portmeiron, Llandudno are well worth a vist. Bedgellert was very pretty. Zip world is a must., I'm terrified of heights but loved it.We've stayed in many cottages all over UK but Little Falls stands head and shoulders above all the others. The owners are friendly and more than happy to answer any questions. Karen is nearby if you need her.Loved Wales, the people are friendly and welcoming. God willing we'll be staying at Little Falls again. We enjoyed every minute there."

"We had a lovely family holiday here this last week. The property is in a lovely location - just a five minute walk to the beach the beach is beautiful and we spent some lovely afternoons paddling and walking with our little girl and dogs. Harlech itself is up a very steep hill, but once you've conquered that there are some lovely little cafes, icecream shop, picnic sites, and of course the castle. There are lots of wonderful places to explore nearby too. The only feedback on the property would be that some things do need an update. The kettle needs replacing (only works when you hold the switch down), some of the bedding was very bobbled and would expect better in such accommodation. The downstairs double bedroom also had a rather unpleasant smell when the door was left shut, but with the door open this was fine - but possibly needs a little look at. The property was really well equipped with everything we needed to cook, clean, bake, and relax for the week. The climbing frame in the garden went down really well with our little girl. and all the space was loved by our dogs. All in all, a fabulous week, we would definitely return (just with a new kettle and sheets!!)"

"We rented this cottage as old friends who were at college together, an annual reunion. It was the perfect location for this, we were able to walk locally and to explore the wider area by car. We went to th local pub (the Eagle) to eat one night and had a warm welcome and a hearty meal of local lamb. The weather was mixed but did not bother us, November after all! There were a few minor niggles: we struggled with lighting the ovens and grill: there was a lack of bedside lights downstairs : the beds were a bit on the hard side : an ovenglove and dish cloth would have been useful.Otherwise fine. we loved the wood burner yet the weather was so mild that we hardly needed it."

"Had a great stay, cottage spacious & plenty of room to spread out, had everything we needed plus more! Welcome book would have been useful for heating, recycling & extra towels - it took us a while to work out where these things were, heating came on a odd time in different areas of the house. Some Pots & pans were in poor condition & high chair was a bit grubby but took 5 mins to clean up.Lots of beds in big rooms! Garden great as was play equipment.Perfectly situated for beach, train station & mobile fish/chip van although we went to local fish shop in High Street, best fish & chips we had in a while."

"Would certainly recommend this cottage. We met both owners who were so friendly. The welcome pack was an unexpected treat. The accommodation is a barn conversion so plenty of space for families. The place was clean and well looked after. The village pub does great meals including catering for vegetarians and acts as a local shop but the small town of Bala is just a short drive away as well with all the usual shops and restaurants. This is a great base to get out exploring all that Snowdonia has to offer and we will definitely be booking again in the future."
