Snaptrip says

White Roses Retreat in Betws-y-Coed offers a tranquil and picturesque setting for a relaxing holiday. Guests have praised the property's cleanliness, comfortable furnishings, and the added luxury of a hot tub. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and enjoying the peaceful Welsh countryside, with local amenities within easy reach. While some minor issues were noted, the overall experience is highly regarded, making it a recommended stay for those seeking a peaceful retreat.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests found the cottage to be spotlessly clean and well-maintained, though one review mentioned a woodlouse infestation and cobwebs, which slightly lowers the score.

The location is consistently described as quiet, peaceful, and scenic, with easy access to local attractions and nature, making it an ideal setting for relaxation and outdoor activities.

Guests have reported a high level of comfort, with special mentions of comfortable beds and pillows. However, one review noted the property felt slightly cluttered, which may affect the overall comfort for some.

Facilities such as the hot tub are highly praised, but some guests reported issues with dampness, a non-working fireplace, and power cuts. The kitchen was also noted to be cluttered with limited space for food storage.

While guests have appreciated the luxurious toiletries and a welcome package, there is not enough consistent information about thoughtful gestures or gifts to accurately score this category.

It was a quiet location, out in the countryside. The bungalow is clean and well-equipped with an extremely comfy bed. We found it cosy and comfortable. We didn't get to use the hot tub due to heavy driving rain during our stay. We would recommend and hope to stay again. We would definitely recommend getting the log burner fixed and making the hot tub more sheltered.

We prefer a quiet, scenic setting and this is exactly what we got in this charming, beautifully furnished, quaint cottage with everything you need in a secluded village. Restaurants and pubs close by with a lot of other wonderful activities to access. I loved watching the clouds constantly changing with stunning views looking from the living room window or the much welcomed hot tub! Thank you Andrea & Jack
