"No expense spared renovation of this lovely old cottage. Perfect location as easy walking into town and old harbor. High quality furnishings throughout with lovely decor fresh and modern. Lots of attention to small details like dishwasher tabs, food bags, torches in each room made the stay lovely. We had a party of young and old and used all 3 bedrooms for 6. House wasn't cramped at any time and the bathroom is large and modern. Plus a downstairs WC helped any queue. Back yard with table and chairs for everyone was used alot late into the evening. Towels and linen were clean and the house was spotless. Parking for one car up the side near the backdoor was ample for our 4x4. We also purchased a week carpark Ticket straight from the local council for the second car. This was parked just behind the house on the town walls. Luckily there is a cut though from the carpark almost to the house front door under the town walls. So no problems. Cant recommend this house enough and the owners should be very proud of such a good rental property. We also had a small welsh terrier with us who loved the space inside and the garden. The door to the back utility was a half stable door so let in the light but kept her safe. Fabulous easy clean granite flagstone floor. Snowdonia is so close and we all did the crazy massive Zip wire Velocity 2...Cant wait to visit again in the future. Fantastic Stay .."

"This is a great rental. The view from the sitting room and front bedroom is absolutely superb - ever changing over the mountains and the estuary. Wonderful. There were four of us and a dog and we all felt very much at home (even the dog). The house is very well equipped and feels very comfortable and welcoming. The street parking is no problem at the back of the house and the Castle View pub and restaurant is only a few strides away. I have to say the food we had at the Castle View was some of the best we've eaten in a long while. We dined there twice in four days! The house is in a very good location for Conwy and Llandudno. We got a taxi into Llandudno on my birthday to go to Romeo's Ristorante, which was excellent and very good value for money. The staff are so friendly and, even though we live in Oxfordshire, we've had a couple of birthday dinners at Romeo's. A long way to go but worth it. I would recommend Fairway wholeheartedly!"

"We've just got back from a weeks stay at Y Bedol. From before we arrived Chloe the owner was so helpful. She offered to unpack our shopping if we did an online shop. This was a massive help, as it saved us taking lots of food with us and also we were arriving quite late and we knew there would be food waiting for us. The apartment itself is lovely. It's obvious that there has been a lot of care and attention lavished on the renovation. I loved the art on the walls made by Chloe. The flat was fully stocked with utensils, there was nothing more that we felt we needed. The location is stunning. I've never been in a bathroom with such lovely views before! Also there is a pub literally next door. The beach at Penmaenmawr is gorgeous, we spent a great afternoon there and had the place mostly to ourselves. Conwy is about 10 minute drive away."

"If there is one description to define this destination it is the View. Situated in an elevated position looking across the Conway estuary, the ebb and flow of the tide against constantly changing skies and with Conway Castle and the hills beyond, this property really delivers as far as location is concerned. Five minutes from Conway itself by car and about ten to Llandudno, with supermarkets and cinemas even closer, this destination is ideal for those wanting to explore this part of North Wales, with Betws-y-Coed just over half an hour away, Snowdon similar and anglesey within an hours drive. The house is a comfortable three bed over two floors, tastefully decorated and furnished and with most all mod cons. If wi-fi, a cafetiere and a little more wardrobe space was added I would certainly suggest it being near perfect."

"Have just returned from a weekend break at this charming cottage. I can honestly say all the other reviews on here are spot on! Lovely accommodation, given a wonderful homely feel by the DVDs, games and toys for the children to enjoy. The neighbours could not have been more friendly and the service from Stephanie the Manager was excellent. A big thank you to her for the pint of milk left on our arrival, a wonderful surprise and very much needed after a stressful jaunt up the M6! The view from this cottage is outstanding. I couldn't help myself but keep staring out of the window at every chance I got. Harbour view fish and chip shop at the end of the road was excellent and again staff were super friendly. Beautiful local area with so much to do and see. A lovely stay away and thoroughly recommended. Many thanks!"
