Glan Gors is consistently praised for its cleanliness, tranquil location, and excellent facilities, including a hot tub with stunning views. Guests appreciate the thoughtful touches and warm hospitality provided by the hosts. The property offers a perfect blend of comfort and seclusion, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of North Wales.
Reviewers frequently mention the exceptional cleanliness of the property, highlighting it as extremely clean and well-maintained, contributing to the overall positive experience.
The location is highly praised for its tranquility, beautiful setting, and proximity to Snowdonia and other attractions. The seclusion and stunning views are particularly appreciated by guests.
Guests describe the cottage as comfortable, well-equipped, and cosy, with underfloor heating and a wood fire adding to the comfort levels. The spaciousness and quality of furnishings also contribute to the high comfort rating.
The facilities, including the hot tub, garden toys, and well-equipped kitchen, receive high praise. However, the mention of a broken hot tub lid and the need for careful driving on the track to the cottage slightly affect the score.
Many reviews express gratitude for the thoughtful gestures such as a welcome bottle of prosecco and snacks. While these gifts are warmly received, it is noted that such personal touches, though common, are not guaranteed for every stay.
