"Lovely relaxing surprise weekend break, with friends for my husbands birthday. I chose Southwold as I knew he would enjoy the local ales and a brewery tour. The property was perfect for two couples. The living area was spacious giving us lots of room to enjoy the xbox and have a jigsaw on the go too. The two large sofas are comfortable and give plenty of space to curl up under the quality throws to watch a late night film. Both bedrooms had comfortable double beds and the shared bathroom had a powerful shower. The one drawback to the property is only having one loo but for a couple of nights it's fine as long as you remember to ask the rest of your party if they need the bathroom before taking a shower. The coffee machine was great with some local Adnams coffee from the shop over the road. The location can not be faulted, perfect access to local pubs, restaurants and the brewery! Thank you for the lovely cake, it was very much appreciated by all. Staff were very welcoming at the office and allowed us access to the property as it was ready prior to check-in time. The office is conveniently placed in Southwold meaning that we were able to park up and not drive again for the whole weekend."

"Our family really enjoyed the holiday at Mason's Yard. From Grandma (87) to our little grandson (1), it was an ideal property for us all. The house has plenty of space, a smashing light and airy sitting room and a huge well-equipped kitchen, in fact everything you could ask for, including two parking spaces. We actually had four cars but it was easy to park in the Station's car park, very cheap and only a short walk away, so no bother at all. The house is so well situated, right in the middle of Woodbridge. We all liked walking round and not having to get in the car. There are shops, museums, a theatre/cinema, pubs, bars, restaurants, all sorts of places to visit, right on the doorstep. Suffolk Cottage Holidays were so helpful as well, they answered all our questions about the property, which helped us bring the right stuff with us. We would all highly recommend this property to any family wanting to stay in a superb town in a superb property."

"The location of this property is fantastic, just a twenty minutes walk into the centre of Southwold and five minute walk to local pub. The property was kitted out with everything we needed for our stay and it was a very nice touch to have the tray with fresh coffee, jam and flapjacks left out for us. There was plenty to do and see down at the seafront, the pier is great fun with lots of amusements, cafes and activities (including boats and golf) , and the High Street offers a great selection of eating places, pubs and shops including mainstream shops such as Costa Coffee, WhSmiths, Fat Face and Jack Wills. "Breaker apartment was ideally located on the high street with a lovely spacious lounge. It was very clean and well equipped. The welcome food pack was a lovely surprise and the lemon drizzle cake went down a treat! The Two Magpies bakery is definitely worth a visit as is the delicatessen close by. Only downside was that there is only one bathroom- otherwise a great holiday retreat."

"Mason's Yard was a fantastic location and home from home for us, for a family celebration over a long weekend (no children in the group). The kitchen in particular, with its large and bright seating area, was great for meals, chatting, reading the papers and more. The house is very well furnished and the bedrooms were excellent. Good to have parking for 2 cars, too. "
