Short distance to lots a lovely places so were spoilt for choice of where to visit. The hut was clean and so quiet as you’re far from houses and roads. The hosts were so lovely and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. Stock up on logs!

I highly recommend this hut as a romantic getaway as well as a holiday on your own to escape the life’s hassle. The hut is very secluded surrounded by the field of farm sheep which was quite therapeutic to see them behind the fence while being in a hot tub or doing a morning yoga. The indoor wood burning stove made it extra comfortable in the winter to keep the hut nice and warm. The owners were very caring and were always checking on me if I needed anything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended during any time of the year and will certainly be back again. Thank you! :)

The shepherd’s hut was cute and had everything we need! Was very clean and had all the mod cons. Hot tub was an added bonus. Debbie was a great host, checking in every so often, making sure we were ok.
