Snaptrip says

Milford Tree Tops is a quaint and peaceful cottage in Shropshire, praised for its cleanliness, welcoming hosts, and beautiful garden. Guests have enjoyed the quiet surroundings, local walks, and nearby attractions. While most found it ideal for a relaxing break, there was an isolated complaint about a smell and comfort, which seems to be an exception.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests reported the property as clean and tidy. One guest mentioned a fusty smell, but this appears to be an isolated incident not corroborated by others.

The location is consistently described as beautiful and quiet, ideal for exploring the countryside. The isolated nature of the property contributes to its peacefulness, which is highly valued by guests.

Most guests found the property comfortable and cosy, although one guest reported the bed as hard and uncomfortable. The positive experiences suggest that comfort is generally satisfactory.

There is not enough information on the state of the facilities and maintenance from the reviews to provide a score. While some guests mentioned adequate facilities, detailed insights into maintenance are lacking.

Guests have mentioned thoughtful touches like homemade scones and garden produce. While these gestures are appreciated, they may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

It was quiet and peaceful. It was a quaint little place ideal for two people looking for a relaxing break. The hosts were very welcoming and accomodating. The property was clean and tidy, and well maintained. Overall, if you looking for a peaceful, and relaxing place to stay this is the ideal place, espiecally in the garden when the weather is nice.

The property was small but well equipped and adequate for my needs, however there was a strong fusty smell as if the place needed a thorough airing/deep clean. I opened all the windows and went out in search of a shop where I could buy matches to light scented candles. I found nowhere due to the isolated location and the fact that it was Good Friday. I went back thinking I would get used to it. I was unable to relax and could not get the television to work (fortunately there were some old dvds). I rang the owners but couldn't get through due to there being no signal, so I sent a text message. (I never got a response) I went to bed in the hard and uncomfortable bed and woke up still feeling very disapointed and ill at ease. The smell had not abaited at all. I packed my bags and went to leave as I couldn't face another 2 nights there. I saw the owners as I left, they apologised and said that maybe I was very sensitive to smells!!! I didn't want to make a fuss, I just wanted to get home. I today contacted Sykes who got in touch with the owners, who have denied the refund for the 2 nights that I did not stay there. I think this was a fair request having spent an unsatisfactory first night and having travelled almost 80 miles to get there, and hoped that common decency would prevail. Sykes have said there is nothing more that I can do. So I am over £300 out of pocket and have an unsatisfactory 1 night stay to show for it. To say the customer service from both parties has been poor is un understatement!

First flight of stairs have an unusually high riser which needs major concentration to avoid an accident.
