Guests say

Gardener's Cottage in Llandrindod Wells is highly praised for its stunning location, with beautiful gardens and river walks on the doorstep. Guests appreciate the welcoming hosts and the property's pet-friendly nature. The cottage's tranquillity and proximity to local attractions make it an ideal retreat for relaxation and exploration.

Most guests found the cottage clean and well-presented, though a few noted areas for improvement such as spider webs and dust. The feedback suggests a generally high standard of cleanliness with occasional oversights.

The location is consistently lauded for its beauty, peacefulness, and proximity to nature and local amenities. The river views, gardens, and walking trails contribute to a highly regarded setting.

Guests find the beds comfortable and the cottage cosy, though some comments suggest the living room sofa and summer duvets could be improved for enhanced comfort.

The cottage is well-equipped for a holiday stay, with a good shower and enclosed garden. However, suggestions for an extractor fan and larger fridge, as well as minor maintenance issues, indicate room for improvement.

While guests mention the hosts' hospitality and the provision of a secure garden for pets, there are no specific references to gifts or additional thoughtful touches in the reviews, thus a score cannot be provided.

It was so lovely and peaceful and picturesque. We found some superb walks too around the nearby Dams. The Cottage has everything you need, including a beautiful enclosed garden. Really appreciated the fan as well, as it did get rather hot towards the latter end of the week. Would definitely like to come back.

The gardens were in full bloom with some beautiful plants, making the outside space a pleasure to sit in and walk around. We saw birds on the many bird feeders that we hadn’t seen for a long time, well done chee for the bird feeders. We found the owners very friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. The cottage itself has every thing you need and well maintained throughout. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Did lot of walking but next time might try our hands at fly fishing. Kind regards Richard& janet
