Snaptrip says

Guests consistently praise the Elan holiday rental for its stunning location, cleanliness, and comfort. The property offers a peaceful retreat with beautiful views and a cosy atmosphere. The thoughtful touches by the owners, such as welcome gifts and practical amenities, contribute to a delightful stay. While most experiences are positive, a few guests mention minor issues with facilities and accessibility for those with disabilities.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviewers frequently mention the cleanliness of the property, describing it as spotless and well-maintained, which indicates a high standard of hygiene and care.

The property's location is highly praised for its tranquillity, stunning views, and proximity to natural attractions, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and exploration.

Comfort is a strong point noted by guests, with mentions of a cosy atmosphere, warm accommodation, and comfortable beds, although one comment about the bathroom mirror height suggests minor improvements could be made.

Facilities are generally appreciated, especially the thoughtful inclusion of basic supplies. However, some feedback on water heating issues and the need for better accessibility for disabled guests slightly lowers the score.

The owners' thoughtfulness is evident through the provision of welcome gifts and extra touches. While these are well-received, it is politely noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and not guaranteed with every stay.

I needed to step off the world for a few days and recharge and thats exactly what Elan enabled for me. Good base for exploring the local area, Elan was beautiful, had everything you needed and a few extras, loved it. Janet and her family are amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou for sharing your little piece of heaven, will definitely be back

.. well thought out and you can see that a lot of effort and love has gone into the build/construction. My partner and I didn't waste any time in booking this lovely hut in a perfect location. The amenities were great!!! A big thank you to Janet and her family for the kindness and hospitality received. We can most definitely recommend Elan Valley as a must-see part of the country whilst staying at one of the Shepherd huts. We are looking forward to staying there again as there is so much to see ... stargazing being one of them.
