If you are looking for a rural retreat then these barn conversions, Magpie (ref UK6546), Kite 2 (ref UK6547), Robin’s Retreat (ref UK6548) and Kite 1 (ref UK6549) are ideal. Set in a secluded valley 8 miles from the market town of Builth Wells, surrounded by countryside, woodlands and a fishing lake. There is plenty here to keep yourselves and the children amused, with a mini golf course (6 holes) and a games room with console and TV, along with books games and literature about the area.

If you fancy some quiet time then head to the lake where there is fly and coarse fishing (catch and throw back) or simply wander through the countryside and watch the plentiful wildlife in their daily habitat. Cwm Chwefru Lake Cottages is a real slice of luxury - set in a stunning valley, this space boasts a pool, a sauna, a games room, a lake, a tennis court, a childrens play area, a mini golf course and even the ability to book things such as a masage. The cottage I was in (I ended up in Heron 2) was beyond amazing and spotlesly clean. Very comfortable and very cosy! The people on reception and that work there are so lovely and always eager to help if you need anything! I could go on forever about how much I love this place, it was a real find! Ill definitely be returning (sooner rather than later)!!!

Cottages everything you need kite 1 beds a bit uncomfortable but ok for a few nights .Cosy and warm cottage to come back to after the day out !!!. Loved the stunning views and peaceful surroundings. We didn't use the games room but certainly plenty on offer . Very much enjoyed the swimming pool . Would recommend to family and friends
