The well-equipped, modern kitchen has integrated dishwasher, microwave , gas hob and oven, larder style free-standing fridge/freezer and even a further drinks fridge and coffee machine. Other contemporary features are the granite work surface and a central bistro style table with a couple of stools. From the kitchen is the stunning conservatory with an extending glass dining table and ambient lighting. Downstairs there is also a convenient contemporary shower room and basin and WC and a washing machine housed in the under stair cupboard.

On the first floor is an elegant front double bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the boatyard, two rear double bedrooms, one with limited floor space and a family bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. Up on the second floor is the master double, in the eaves with a flatscreen Freeview TV and ensuite featuring a double shower cubicle.

The outside space to the back of the house is expansive and French doors lead out from the conservatory to a decked area with garden furniture. The large area of rear patio also includes a large gazebo to provide a great setting for outdoor dining and relaxing. At the front of the house there is plenty of private off road parking with space for up to three cars.
