But is booked up. The only thing was the hot water when having a shower or bath run cold after a couple of minute's, I think that needs looking at. But would definitely recommend it if you are look for a peaceful time. Thank you

We stayed with our children aged 4 and 7 and were impressed with how much there was to do locally. We visited the Corris Craft Centre for King Arthur's Labyrinth and chocolate making, went on the steam train and had coffee in Corris and went walking in the wonderful hills. We also visited Barmouth which has the most amazing beach. At the property the girls loved the games room, watching films and playing. It was a bit wet to sit on the balcony unfortunately but it was still lovely to watch the stream from inside. All the sofas and beds were really comfy and it was nice to have a big table to eat and play games. The only things to note would be the kitchen facilities could be a bit better to match the rest of this great property. E.g. the non-stick was coming off all the pans which wasn't nice to cook with and there was only one small wooden spoon. Overall we were really impressed and are talking about returning in the summer!

It’s very spacious and it was spotless clean when we arrived. Our host was very easily reachable throughout our stay and responded to all our questions. Highly recommend!
