Renovated barn but a modern cottage inside with spectacular views across the mountains and down Cardigan Bay. Lots of places to visit locally but if you are looking for somewhere to chill you could spend your whole holiday at the granary. Two friendly donkeys in the field next door and the dog comes to say hello morning and evening. When we stayed there were Wheatears on the fence and a weasel living in the stone wall just down from the cottage.

The cottage was lovely, clean ,tidy, comfortable, well equipped, with stunning views .Sitting in the garden and making friends with the donkeys ,in the adjacent field was really good.Very friendly and helpful hosts.I unfortunately, the short rough unmade track, as described, was a half mile up a steep hill, not in anyway suitable for a family car. The 'track's came with the added problem of cows, sheep, narrow bends, a collapsing side on a narrow corner and difficult to drive though a narrow large gate. Once through the gate, the final slope to the cottage, was even steeper and narrow, with a brick wall and a very narrow turning space at the top.In addition, the public roads outside the farm, were extremely narrow in places, with very few passing spaces. If we had been aware of the access issues, we would not have booked this holiday. We date the accommodation as a four, in terms of access it would be rated as a zero! There was no visitors book!
