As you approach the property, you will find roadside parking available, before unloading your bags and stepping into the delightful cottage. Be welcomed into the homely lounge, with traditional exposed beams and stone walls adding character, and look forward to cosying up with loved ones beside the warmth of the woodburning stove whilst enjoying your favourite film. Cater for the group in the fully-equipped kitchen, which also has a handy dishwasher and washing machine, and enjoy the fruits of your labour around the dining table as you toast to a wonderful holiday. When night falls, guests can travel up to the first floor where there is the option to retire to a King or twin bedroom, each decorated in soothing blue tones reflecting the town's seaside heritage. Completing the first floor is the contemporary shower room, where guests can look forward to freshening up for the day ahead in style. Enjoy a morning coffee and your favourite book at the lovely dining table on the enclosed patio as your canine companion enjoys slumbering in the sun beside you. Located just six miles from Porthmadog and ten miles from the charming village of Portmeirion is the charming village of Llanystumdwy near to Criccieth, which is known as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia'. Criccieth is home to a remarkable 13 century castle, which overlooks the town and offers expansive views of Tremadog Bay and the Eryri (Snowdonia) mountains. Walkers and cyclists will be in their element at the variety of beautiful trails, as well as the close proximity of the famous Snowdonia National Park, whilst those who are looking to get out onto the water can enjoy the beautiful beaches.

    The cottage was cosy & comfortable and in a great area for lots of activities. The log burner was a real plus point after a days walking. Paul was very communicative and helpful.

    Very tastefully decorated . The kitchen and Bathroom were very well equipped all the necessary things you needed. Perfect setting with the sound of the river opposite. Parking was easy.
