It is hard to identify a specific theme, but eclectic medieval mixed with gothic and rococo undertones might go some way towards it. Upon entering through a private door and stairwell, you will walk into a grand, spacious sitting room with a corner bar. Four steps lead up to an open plan dining area with a long pine table made from the beams of the chapel and pulpit style chairs, and the bespoke kitchen offers a breakfast island, granite worktop and Smeg appliances. The high ceiling retains its original ornate mouldings and a large cast iron chandelier provides further impact to the room. A spiral staircase leads up to two bedrooms, one with stunning views over the castle and bay with an en-suite thunderbox toilet and washbasin and a super king-size bed crafted from church pews. Three further bedrooms are located off the sitting room, one of which is a family room with an en-suite and a king-size double bed crafted from church pews. If you are lucky to arrive at Christmas time, guests will get a large tree fully decorated with lights and tinsel. There is so much on offer in this fantastic apartment that you won’t want to leave, but if you do, then there is Criccieth beach and castle two minutes’ walk away, passing shops, pubs and restaurants. This apartment will have you booking again and again.

The seaside town of Criccieth on the Llyn Peninsula is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town offers a 13th century castle, watersports, shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Portmeirion, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech, Caernarfon and the Snowdonia National Park.

Off road parking opposite for 2 cars, plus free car park opposite property.

Enclosed front gravel patio with furniture.

The owner accepts one dog with no charge and a second dog at £20.

They do not accept more than 2 dogs.
