About this property

This three-storey, mid-terrace cottage is tucked away in the town of Llandudno, with peaceful views towards the beach and promenade at one side and an outlook of the West Shore to the other. Perfectly suited for couples or a small family, Tramway Cottage makes a lovely little getaway, attracting visitors to its open-plan living area, centered by a characterful woodburning stove. The table is situated close by, so you can feel the warmth from the fire as you’re enjoying a home-cooked meal. Bringing a more edgy overtone, the kitchen is backed by black and white tiles, with modern units and silver appliances for that all-round contrasting effect, with a sleek breakfast bar to perch as you sip a warm cup of tea in the morning. On the next floor, discover a serene master bedroom elevated by a bold feature wall, with neutral bed linen and your very own balcony with a turfed area and seating, allowing you to soak up the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. A glamorous shower room finishes this level, designed to that of a hotel standard, whilst upstairs lies the twin bedroom, offering charm in abundance with sloping ceilings above, and a skylight window welcoming the outside in. Venture on a walk into the town centre of Llandudno to find all manner of entertainment, from classic seaside amusements on the shore front to the bustling fun found on the long Victorian Pier, with a lovely beach to enjoy in the warm weather. Grab some fish and chips for a classic seaside tea, or head to one of the many excellent pubs and restaurants for a more formal dining experience. The scenic Great Orme Country Park is on your doorstep, great for walkers and cyclists alike, whilst those who want a more leisurely outing can hop on the cable cars up to the summit. The Llandudno Ski and Snowboard Centre is perfect for the adventurous type, while the Happy Valley Botanical Gardens provide a tranquil outing. Enjoy a show at Venue Cymru, North Wales’ premier theatrical stage for opera, ballet, musicals and comedy, perfect for a rainy day alongside the local cinema. Just over five miles away is Conwy where Conwy Castle, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, dominates the historic town, with the Smallest House in Great Britain being a popular stop for tourists, along with Conwy Harbour where you can take a boat trip along the River Conwy and onto the Menai Strait. Walkers can venture along the Wales Coast Path or head into the heart of the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park where incredible scenery and landscapes await. Create wonderful memories with your loved ones from Tramway Cottage in Llandudno.

Clean, tidy and with everything we needed for a lovely stay in Llandudno. Absolutely loved being able to walk out the door and explore the Orme, watch the trams trundle past and enjoy the views. Fabulous and thank you.

The location for us having a dog was great as we easily had the great hill of the Orme to walk her. Perfect location for travelling to other places of interest . We had direct contact with the Owner who is very friendly and helpful and resolved our issue immediately. We would like to return next year.
