Fig Tree is a dog-friendly stable conversion that sleeps 5 on the quiet edge of the Bodnant Estate. The cottage sits above the Conwy Valley with wide views toward the mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia). Guests have 24/7 access to a heated indoor swimming pool and a private hot tub on the patio.
The cottage is single storey, which works well for families with young children or anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. The open-plan living area makes the most of the views with large French windows, a Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Full central heating keeps the space comfortable after days out on the trails.

Food & Drink: The traditional Bee Inn at Eglwysbach is just down the lane, while the Bodnant Welsh Food Centre (farm shop and café) is nearby for fresh local produce.
Adventures: You are within easy reach of the Zip World locations at Betws-y-Coed, Llechwedd and Penrhyn Quarry. For hikers, the routes up Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) are a short drive away.
Relaxing: The National Trust’s Bodnant Garden is just 3 miles away. You can also explore the medieval walled town of Conwy or walk the Victorian pier at Llandudno.
Group Bookings
Fig Tree shares a courtyard with our neighbouring cottage, Laurel (sleeps 4). They can be booked together to accommodate groups of up to 9 people. This setup is perfect for extended families who want to holiday together but appreciate having their own separate living spaces and kitchens.
Availability: Fig Tree is available to book year-round. Short breaks (minimum two nights) are available outside of peak season.

Fig Tree is an open-plan, single-storey cottage with accommodation entirely on the ground floor.
Living Area: The lounge features comfortable seating positioned to enjoy the view through French windows. There is a Smart TV (Freeview/DVD) and full central heating throughout to keep the cottage warm year-round.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, full-height fridge/freezer, microwave and a Nespresso machine (starter pods provided). The dining area comfortably seats five guests.
Master Bedroom: Features a king-size bed and full-length window overlooking the garden.
Bedroom 2: A flexible room featuring two single beds (zip-and-link) which can be configured as a super-king on request. There is also a convertible armchair bed suitable for a 5th guest.
Bathroom: A modern suite with a double-ended bath and a separate walk-in shower. Complimentary toiletries, bath sheets and hand towels are provided.
Outside & Facilities
Patio & Hot Tub: Large doors lead to your private wraparound patio, equipped with outdoor furniture and a private hot tub offering panoramic views towards Eryri (Snowdonia).
Swimming Pool: Just across the courtyard is the 11m indoor heated pool. It is open 24/7 and shared only with the neighbouring cottage (Laurel). Inflatables and pool toys are welcome.
Grounds: Guests have access to over an acre of shared gardens and a laundry room containing a washing machine, tumble dryer and a library of books and games.
Parking: There is dedicated parking for two cars and a shared EV charging point.

What to Bring: Please bring your own beach towels for the pool/hot tub and bedding if using the travel cot.
Dogs: Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small surcharge applies).
