With panoramic views across the valley towards the mountains of Eryri (Snowdonia), it offers a peaceful base with no traffic noise. Guests enjoy 24/7 access to a heated indoor swimming pool and a private hot tub on the patio.
As a single-storey property, Laurel is ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. It is practical as well as comfortable; unlike many holiday lets, Laurel features a dedicated boot room - perfect for drying wet coats, storing muddy hiking boots or setting up a laptop if you need to work remotely.

For Adventurers: The mountain bike trails of Gwydir Forest are just a few miles away. You are also within easy reach of Zip World Betws-y-Coed, Zip World Llechwedd and Zip World Penrhyn Quarry.
For Relaxing: The National Trust’s Bodnant Garden is just 3 miles away. You can tour the Gwinllan Conwy Vineyard, explore the unesco World Heritage site of Conwy Castle or walk the Victorian pier at Llandudno.
Group Bookings
Laurel shares a courtyard with our neighbouring cottage, Fig Tree (sleeps 5). They can be booked together to accommodate groups of up to 9 people. This setup is perfect for extended families who want to holiday together but appreciate having their own separate living spaces and kitchens.
Availability: Laurel is available to book year-round. Short breaks (minimum two nights) are available outside of peak season.
,Accommodation Comprises
Laurel is an open-plan, single-storey cottage with accommodation entirely on the ground floor.
Living Area: The lounge features a large L-shaped sofa positioned to enjoy the view through sliding glass doors. There is a Smart TV (Freeview/DVD) and full central heating throughout to keep the cottage warm year-round.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, full-height fridge/freezer, microwave and a Nespresso machine (starter pods provided). The dining area comfortably seats four guests.
Boot Room & Workspace: A dedicated space for drying wet coats and storing muddy hiking boots. It also features a desk and chair, creating a quiet spot for remote work.
Master Bedroom: Features a fixed super-king bed, bedside reading lights and views of the courtyard.
Bedroom 2: Contains two full-sized single beds (3ft wide) and west-facing views of the valley.
Bathroom: A modern suite with a double-ended bath and a separate walk-in shower. Complimentary toiletries, bath sheets and hand towels are provided.
Outside & Facilities
Patio & Hot Tub: Large sliding doors lead to your private patio, equipped with outdoor furniture and a private hot tub offering panoramic views towards Eryri (Snowdonia).
Swimming Pool: Just across the courtyard is the 11m indoor heated pool. It is open 24/7 and shared only with the neighbouring cottage (Fig Tree). Inflatables and pool toys are welcome.
Grounds: Guests have access to over an acre of shared gardens and a laundry room containing a washing machine, tumble dryer and a library of books and games.
Parking: There is dedicated parking for two cars and a shared EV charging point.

What to Bring: Please bring your own beach towels for the pool/hot tub and bedding if using the travel cot.
Dogs: Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small surcharge applies).
