Enjoy sweeping sea views from the open plan living area and first floor king bedroom or sip your morning coffee in the tiered garden with Mumbles' the ever-changing seascape as your backdrop. The sunny cottage also boasts a comfortable double bedroom, spacious fitted kitchen and a dining area to seat 6. As you step out the door, discover a brilliant selection of local eateries and bars as well as independent stores and boutiques. The seafront promenade that wraps around the coast to Swansea is a stone's throw away and boasts panoramic views. Rotherslade Bay is 15 minutes' walk away and the ever-popular Langland Bay is connected by a scenic coastal path.

Kitchen and utilities: Light and spacious kitchen with electric cooker and hob, microwave, under-counter fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher and breakfast bar with stools. One step leads down the Living/Dining Area.
Entertainment: TV in living area. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate not provided.
Outside: Enclosed front garden area with sea views out towards Swansea Bay. Tiered rear garden with the top terrace paved with table and chairs for alfresco dining, and the bottom level including a small lawn area.
General: Central heating and electricity included. Logs provided for wood burner. Bed linen, towels and 1 hairdryer provided.
Pets: Sorry, no pets permitted at this property.
No smoking inside the cottage.
Parking: On-street parking available outside the property for 1 car on first come first served basis. Unrestricted parking bays can also be found on Mumbles Road (be sure to pay attention to road signage) and there is a seafront car park where daily tickets can be purchased.
