Beautiful house, really enjoyed being there. Very clean, quality fittings, with lots of homely touches. Comfy bed, quality bedding. Loved the big fridge, with iced water etc. Nice welcome pack. Ideal location to walk into Mumbles & local beaches, bit of a climb back up to house, but as long as you're reasonably fit, no problem. Nice not having to use the car most days. There were only two of us, so we only really used parts of the house & were rattling about a bit. It is a large house & would be ideal for a larger group, or even two small families...loads of room. Excellent to have own parking on drive too. Very quiet area, although we did have builders two doors away, who woke us at 7.30 each morning arriving in their vans & starting machinery, but this didn't really detract from our enjoyment of the place.

Enjoyed our stay at Aadreff. It's a well equipped bungalow in a quiet location . The roads leading to it are quite steep so I would suggest the less able person would struggle a bit. The property is a short 5 minute walk from the coastal path which we found to be a lovely walk across to Rotherslade beach which is a mile and not overly strenuous. The bungalow is approximately a 15 minute walk across to the more populated Mumbles road area where there are plenty of pubs / eateries. Recommend the Pilot for real ale brewed on the premises The bungalow itself is cosy with a double bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. There is a lovely big bathroom with walk in shower And the main room is a kitchen / lounge area

We booked Ty Glas for the family to stay together for a week after my sons wedding. He lives in the Mumbles so I know the area well and wanted somewhere central, and we certainly wasn't disappointed. The accommodation itself was clean, homely and was well equipped to the extent that as it was a week before Christmas we were able to cook a full Christmas dinner for 8 people with ease. With just a minutes walk to the high street the location was perfect for shopping and cafes with easy access to an Indian takeaway and fish and chip shop. The seafront restaurants were just a ten minute walk away. Would certainly recommend this property, thank you for a lovely stay.

Aadref is a beautiful bolt hole from which to explore the wondeful beaches and assets of Swansea Bay and the Gower Peninsular. The cottage is all on a single level and very modern and well appointed. The walk in shower is fantastic and the open plan kitchen, diner and living room means that no-one is left out at any time. The staff are super welcoming (particularly Jo, our server on the day) and have specific bar areas where dogs are allowed. I cannot reccomend Aadref enough for holidays or short breaks, it is a cosy retreat, providing an excellent base for exploring one of the most beautiful coast lines and beaches in the UK (IMHO)

The house is extremely well equipped and could readily accommodate 6 people. We were a party of 3 adults, including an 80 year old, and a dachshund. We booked because of its proximity to beach but extensive work on the prom made it a long walk to access the beach. Verdi’s ice cream parlour was a welcome reward. The equipment and utensils in the house are very high spec, everything you could possibly need to self cater. No ground floor cloakroom unfortunately and the walk in shower is up on the second floor. Overall the property is more like a family home than a holiday let.
