Well located property which gives access in all directions. It has everything you would reasonably need for a short stay. It could do with some redecoration in places particularly lounge and hall/stairwell. Parking for 2 cars but access is from a busy main road and not recommended for an inexperienced driver. Overall though we would recommend and consider revisiting.

A warm, spacious cottage ideally situated for lots of local attractions, Aviemore and the Cairngorms, The Highland wildlife park, The Highland museum etc. Beautiful area with lots of walks nearby. Small co-op and a lovely local butchers within walking distance in Kingussie.The cottage was clean and a generous welcome pack on arrival makes you feel at home. The decor is quite tired, nothing that a tin of paint and some gloss couldn’t improve, but the skirting boards, door frames are quite noticeable. I would recommend the cottage but with a little care it would be exceptional.

Great little cottage in a central location. Handy for shops. Great access to the road network to see Scotland. Wonderful that it is dog friendly. Great value. Could do with a little decoration and furnishings. But all in all we had a great week..many thanks.
