We have been coming to Langside for ten years now so we must like it, the only exception is during the COVID period. The cottage is just 8 miles from the centre of Scotland so you have the whole of Scotland is at your feet. They are some great days out from the cottage with some great views and fantastic scenery. We also enjoyed a great ice hockey match at Kirkcaldy where we watched the Sheffield Steelers beat the home team 2-1. It helps that Sheffield Steelers is our team. We still visit places for the first time like we went to Crathie to see the grave of John Brown which is in the old Kirk and not the new one everyone visits. The grave is in the old Kirk which is behind the Post Office on the car park.

Ideally located to allow us to visit all of our favourite places. Easy driving distances handy for tourist routes and the A9 for a speedier trip.
