A lovely house in a great quiet location. The house was well presented, has everything you need, with the bonus of enough space to park 2 cars on the driveway which is a REAL bonus in Robin Hoods Bay, and a small courtyard style garden at the rear. There were only 2 of us staying there, but it can sleep 5. Kitchen, dining room, sitting room, and a hallway downstairs, 3 bedrooms upstairs with bathroom and separate toilet. The decor is a little dated, but you don't go to there to sit in the house! There is no WiFi, and we had a pretty poor signal (Sky), so if you go with your family and WiFi is important to you, then you may want to consider that. But again, you don't go there to sit inside on your phone!A little downside for me was that I like a dark room to sleep in, and the curtains were thin, so at 5am in the morning, I was awake! You can see the sea from the bedroom window, but I would not call it a "sea view" so to speak.Plenty of information in the house, a few books, some games in the cupboard, and even a sewing kit which we used when a button came off!Even though it is on one of the main roads in the bay, we found it really quiet and peaceful. It was exceptional value compared to staying in a hotel nearby too.Busses run every 30 or 60 minutes from the bus stops which are literally 50 paces away, to either Whitby or Scarborough too.

Immaculately clean ,very comfortable home for a week, everything could need provided. For non drivers bus to Aldi which is between Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby only yards away , will definitely book again.
