No smoking. Please note: The driveway is very steep.. As you step inside, you’re greeted by a beautiful and inviting kitchen that seamlessly merges with the dining area. This open-plan design is perfect for socializing and enjoying meals with loved ones. Picture yourself sipping your morning brew at the breakfast bar, gazing out of the window at the panoramic harbour views – truly an inspiring way to start the day. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find the cosy lounge, complete with a comfortable corner sofa and additional seating around the TV.

Barrier cable was a pain to do.Single beds were too hard for my sister.Double bed was comfortable. Flat was very clean, comfortable and well equipped for all our needs.Too Steep a climb to get back from town though, for pensioners.So I/We probably won't stay there again.

Stayed in this lovely cottage with 2 friends we had a fabulous time in whitby. Everyone so friendly. The location is up hill, but we managed it! We just laughed everytime we went up it, the view was wonderful, loved just looking out of the windows. Ideal if for the Abbey & unusual church as we could walk across too it & just go down the 199 steps instead of walking up them, which 2 of us wouldn't have been able to do! Have already recommended to people we got chatting too. We will definitely be going back 😍

Lovely cottage, clear instructions for all appliances, wifi etc. Really close to the Abbey, and short walk down steep steps to shops etc. plenty of condiments and easy to work heating. Home from home!! And the parking space was a bonus, its been redone so better than in pictures. There is a barrier acros now so did need a code to get out (it was unlocked when we arrived) and needed some help with that but luckily a neighbour put the code through the letterbox.
