First impression the outer door had bird poo on it. On opening that door a flight of stairs lead up to the flat the carpet needed a good hoover you could see dog hairs on it also the white wood work was filthy so bad people had been writing in it. Not a good sign for entering the flat. A good first impression of flat. But looking around there were several marks on wall and chips in skirting boards. Shower head needed another clean. Kitchen tap loose there was a leak from the ubend in sink cupboard we had to sort that out and clean up the water think ubend needs a good clean out as water from sink going down rather slow. Went to pick up a knife from knife block and blade fell of handle. Also the knife block had knifes missing. If that was the thermostat for the heating then again this did not work . All these little things needs sorting as it is a great flat very warm, quite, plenty of plates cups and glasses. Had a good night's sleep. Parking space a little tight but ok, didn't use washer, dishwasher so cannot comment on them would I stay here again yes if all the above were sorted
