Climb the staircase up to the first floor and make yourself at home in one of the lovely bedrooms by unpacking your belongings into the storage provided. The first of the bedrooms is a spacious super-king that can be transformed into two single beds upon request, whilst the second bedroom is home to a double bed and features its very own en-suite shower room. It is on this floor that you will also find a tranquil bathroom where you can while away an hour in the bath tub. Make the most of the courtyard when the sun is shining by dining alfresco around the patio table. Venture into the centre of town and stumble upon a number of idyllic local gift shops and welcoming cafes as you make your way toward the beach for a stroll along the soft sands. Be impressed by the twenty-foot Whalebone Arch and hike the 199 steps that lead up to iconic ruins of Whitby Abbey admiring the beautiful views along the way, stopping off at Caedmon Memorial and the Church of St Mary.
