A comfortable, cosy cottage in the most beautiful and tranquil of locations. Bizzys Place is the perfect place to get away from it all. With an abundance of walks through the beautiful Yorkshire Dales right from the front door, there is no better place to refresh and restore.

We had a lovely ten days holiday at Bizzy’s Place. The house is quite small so is probably best for a couple or small family. It is very quirky with lots of pictures and ornaments of sheep around. The living room is cosy with lovely views from the window, and there is a wood burning stove for chilly nights. There are two good sizes bedrooms and all beds were really comfortable. The kitchen had basic equipment, enough to get by on. Parking can be tricky as there’s no designated parking, but we did manage on most occasions to get near the house. Gunnerside is a lovely quiet place to stay. The village pub serves good and there’s a nice tea room, that have the best scones I’ve ever tasted. There are lots of walks from the village, and plenty of places to visit nearby.
