Guests are delighted by the thoughtful touches, such as homemade cakes and decorations, and enjoy the ample outdoor space and hot tub. The property is ideal for large groups and family gatherings, offering both communal areas and private spaces. The location provides a peaceful countryside experience with wildlife sightings, yet remains accessible to local attractions and the town of Hull.

Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviewers frequently highlight the outstanding cleanliness of Pheasant's Roost, noting the property is spotless upon arrival. The consistent mention of cleanliness across reviews indicates a high standard maintained by the property.

The property's location is described as lovely and peaceful, with beautiful surroundings and proximity to Hull and local attractions. While most feedback is positive, there is insufficient detail to assess convenience for all guests' needs.

Comfort is a recurring theme, with guests finding the beds very comfortable and the property spacious. The presence of quiet areas and underfloor heating adds to the overall comfort level experienced by visitors.

Facilities at Pheasant's Roost receive high praise, including the well-equipped kitchen, hot tub, and outdoor space. The property is described as having everything needed for a stay, although one minor suggestion for improvement regarding lighting was made.

Guests appreciate the thoughtful gestures, such as homemade cakes and Easter treats. While these gifts are warmly received, it is important to note that such personal touches, though indicative of the hosts' hospitality, may not be guaranteed for every stay.

Lovely fluffy towels and under floor heating. It had everything you could need. Fixtures and fittings were of a very high standard. The two cakes that were left for us were a lovely touch. Lovely large hot tub

Plenty of cooking/kitchen utensils we wanted for nothing. Thank you

We go away every 2 years at Christmas with our ever expanding family and common consensus was that this was the best accommodation we have had so far, it was magical for our two young grandchildren with the Christmas tree and other decorations in place. High quality fixtures and fittings and a lot of thought has gone into the little things that make so much difference. Wine, fizz and chocolates were there for us on arrival, great living space, spacious comfortable bedrooms with separate sitting areas for quiet time (until the grandchildren find you again!). A fantastic place with a lovely pub down the road, we really will consider booking this again.
